Hi All,
I am trying to save multiple appointment records saving at the same timestamp, but it's giving me an error saying "User is unavailable at this time." and it doesn't let me save and go forward. Sometimes it gives me the Scheduling Alerts popup box where i can Ignore and Save the records and it works fine. How can i save the records preferably using JS code regardless of having multiple appointments at the same timestamp.

Hi Durgesh,
This is the internal functionality and you may already know that this happens if the user already has an appointment for that duration. You cannot change/ remove this functionality.
However, I don't think that it will restrict you to save an appointment, if you click "Ignore & Save", it will give you the error but it actualy saves the record. Is it not happening for you?
