Adding Item Images - 2007 Version

I've been trying to add images to each of my items in Store Operations Manager and can't get it to work.  I go through item properties>special>picture, and when I browse a file and choose one it never shows up.  I have tried using different file formats and sizes, and at the suggestion of tech support have even moved the files into my computer's POS file.  Regardless of where the file is saved, or what it is saved at, it won't appear in the display window.  What am I doing wrong/any suggestions I can try?

    Is there a way for RMS to automatically associate "itemlookup".jpg with the correct item without individually assigning each picture to an item?

    When I initially tried this, I missed the part about redirecting the path in administrator.  SO when I went back and did that, everything worked perfectly.  Thank you!!

    Thank you for your suggestion- all of my photos are jpg and stored in this location, but I still haven't had any luck.  Is there anything else that I could try, or should be adjusting?

    Hello,

    under administrator>file>path and make sure the path for pictures is as follows

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\Pictures\

    Then copy your pictures to this path:C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\Pictures.Log in to your manager and assign the pictures from this location

    Also check the format of your photos mostly RMS uses jpg or bmp
