Dynamics for Marketing Do not email form errors

I'm trying to create a Subscription center Marketing page to allow subscribers to unsubscribe from all by supplying their email addresses and ticking the Do not email checkbox and then submitting the form.

Created a Marketing form based off the tripoli Marketing form template
Removed all form elements except for Email
Added the Do not email check box
Re-labelled the Register button to Submit

then

Created a Marketing page based off the diamante Marketing page template
Added the form created in previous steps
Save, Go Live

Submitting the form with a valid email address results in an error.

How do I debug this?

I've tried using various different emails that belong to Contacts that are present in the system.

Hi Tony,

Thanks for reaching out. I would request that you:

1. Change the type of the marketing page you created to "Subscription Center"

2. In the Summary section of the marketing page - pick newsletter subscription as the "Purpose"

3. Go through our documentation around setting up a subscription center here - docs.microsoft.com/.../set-up-subscription-center

4. Make sure you're testing the subscription center correctly - steps here - docs.microsoft.com/.../set-up-subscription-center
