Hi Everyone,
I have prod environment on crm dynamics 365 at version 8.2. I want to test the 9.0 upgrades. My sandbox environment is already on version 9.0.
So can I Copy prod instance on Sandbox? Will there be any issues?
Also, I have some third party solutions on Prod environment which are obsolete now i guess like "Business Processes by Microsoft Dynamics" and "EchoSign by Adobe"
Please advise what should I do. I am new so please teach me in detail.
