Append the date of modified on when case escalated

I need to do every time when case escalated is select as yes then in escalated on field add the modified on date and every time case escalated select as yes append the modified on date in escalated on multi line text field type not update?

IF you are looking for approach to accomplish above requirement then I would recommend to write plugin on Post operation of on update that case escalated field. and their append the modifiedon date in multiline text field. Also reset the escalated field to No.

Also remember to check depth in code. So plugin should not run in infinite time.
