How to do Cisco Integration with On Premises Business Central
Sorry, as far as I know, Cisco is a network device, and Business Central is a program installed on the OS system, which can be accessed as long as the network is connected.
So is this a Cisco problem? I suggest posting to the Cisco forum.

    Thanks.

How to do Cisco Integration with On Premises Business Central
Good morning, afternoon, or evening depending on your location!

Integrating Cisco with On-Premises Business Central can be achieved by leveraging APIs, middleware, or custom development. Here’s a general approach to guide you:
    1. Cisco APIs:
Cisco provides APIs for various services, such as Webex, networking, and collaboration tools. Identify the specific Cisco service you want to integrate and explore its API documentation. This will help you understand the endpoints and data exchange formats.
    2. Business Central APIs:
Business Central has APIs that allow external systems to interact with its data. Use these APIs to connect Cisco services with Business Central. Ensure that your on-premises environment is configured to expose the necessary endpoints.
    3. Middleware Solutions:
Consider using middleware platforms like Microsoft Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps to facilitate the integration. These tools can act as a bridge between Cisco and Business Central, handling data transformation and communication.
    4. Custom Development:
If out-of-the-box solutions don’t meet your needs, you can develop a custom integration using AL code in Business Central. This may involve creating custom pages, tables, or web services to interact with Cisco systems.
    5. On-Premises Data Gateway:
For on-premises environments, you may need to set up an On-Premises Data Gateway to enable secure communication between Business Central and external systems like Cisco.
    6. Testing and Validation:
Once the integration is set up, thoroughly test the data flow and functionality to ensure seamless operation.

    Hope this helps some!
