I know you can build an Org Chart for External Customers in Dynamics 365. Is it possible to do this for our internal customers?

Dynamics 365 for Sales users maintain organizational charts for their accounts. It’s possible to build a contact hierarchy in a new account and when adding a contact hierarchy to an existing account. At last, you can see the hierarchy on one screen.

How do you classify internal and external customers in your business? Can you please elaborate.
There is no classification that specifies Internal or External Customer (by default) in Dynamics 365.
You can maintain Org Chart for any account.
If you mean to say Org Chart for internal users, there is no such feature available. However, user's manager is mapped as per Active Directory or you may update it in CRM, using following steps:
But, you cannot see a Hierarchical view like Org Chart. Although, you can add Manager Lookup to Reports or View.
