Check if an "Incident" has been scheduled in resource planning

Posted on 13 Oct 2022 10:47:52 by 176

Hi all

I have the incident entity (cases) and we are using it to schedule our resources.
I would like to know, is there a way I can easily check if that case has been planned in the resource planning?

Thanks

    Thanks for your help.

I linked the cases to the booked resource and I worked.

You can have a view which shows you all Cases if they have a related Booking which is Scheduled or In Progress?
