When attempting to navigate to Print Management for a particular customer (001260), the following message is displayed and I can't get into Print Management to make a change. The same message is given when attempting to print a Customer Account Statement for this customer. How do I get past this error?
I have resolved this issue as I found there were multiple records for the statement in table PrintMgmtSettings. Once the 2nd record was removed, I was able to proceed.
