Smartlist to pull GP Extender fields

Hello,

We are using GP 2010. We create a Extender Window that links to the Sales Transaction Entry window. The window is linked by the key field SOP DOCNUM.

The Extender fields contain a few text, picklist, and date fields. I was able to get those fields to display in Smartlist. I did this by clicking on the "Smartlist Integration", selected the product as Dynamics GP and Sales Transaction Entry.

When looking at the data in Smartlist, the values appear for the Extender fields, However, the values do not appear for the fields that are pick list, it is blank.

I tried making the field required so it forces the user to pick a value, but still no success.

Am I missing a step here? Please advise.

    Had you added that field and then later deleted it? Go into Extender Maintenance and Refresh the Cache. Heck, you might as well run check links while your in there.

    Be SURE to export all of your customizations to a .package file just in case (grin).

    Good point. After logging out and back in, the data shows. However, I noticed that this field is duplicated where one has a field type of "Not Defined". I'm nit sure why that one is there. the other field works fine.

    have you logged out of GP and then log back in?
