cannot post AP Settlement

Hi team,

I'm new on 365 Finance and I tried to make settlement. I already mark and make sure everything okay, but I cannot posting the settlement.
Could you please help me? maybe I missed one or two important point.

For to settle transactions you have to select at least 2 transactions. One of them debit and the other is credit

Settlement is used for to settle payment against invoice (doesn't require to be payment and the invoice rather debit vs credit)

You need to select more than one transaction to do the settlement.

Hi Yovita,

Sometimes, you can't settle transactions because another activity is currently processing the document. If you try to settle the transactions, an error occurs, because those transactions are being used.
