Hi,
I have following business needs and I need help to accomplish these:
- When a child case is created the status of the parent case should be updated (only the first child case creation should update the status because the parent case status should remain the same if there are 1 or many open child cases)
- When all the child cases (1 or many) are resolved the parent case status should be updated
How can I accomplish this business need?
I prefer no code solutions such as custom workflows or Flow etc.
