Dynamics App requires local Admin rights

I have a customer who is using Dynamics 365 On prem and we having been having a torrid time trying to get the Dynamics App for Outlook working.

We have identified that if a user is a local admin of their PC / laptop, they are able to authenticate with Dynamics and can use the App no problem.  If they are not local admin, connectivity fails with just a non informative error message (ensure that sites are added to Trusted sites etc)...

App Deployment works fine, with mailboxes correctly configured for Synch.  This problem only seems to have manifested since we completed a 'repair' on the Dynamics installation, as documented by Microsoft in order for mobile connectivity to be resolved.

I have a support call open with Microsoft at present, but I really need to try and speed this up as the customer has been waiting months for this (this particular problem has been one of many!)
