Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi Dynamic Stars,

I am unable to see any records from any entity and its stating that "A SQL Server error occurred". When I see in event viewer below error showing. For info we were doing integration of CRM with AX at the time we activated some mappings and deactivated again when we got this error then also no luck.

I have repair the CRM also...

Thanks in Advance.

    Hi,

You could also use the following diagnostic tool to get more details of the generic SQL error.

If you have CRM OnPremise, you can enable tracing, and this should give you a more helpful error message
