Hi All,

In CRM I have a custom entity "inspection" which is associated to a work order. I have created mappings when a new inspection is created from a work order, the work order #, service account and customer asset are automatically mapped.

I have to replicate this in Resco and am having trouble. On the inspection entity, I am using an on load function and adding a variable which loads the reference to work order. I tried assign the variable to the work order but that field is not pulling up from the work order entity.

Has anyone successfully done this?

Hi Hardik,

I did something similar on the PO Receipt > PO Receipt Product. The form load looked something like this

I imagine that yours would be:

Entity: WorkOrder LoadReference Relationship.target msdyn_workorder

Step: Entity.inspectionworkorderfield Assign.WorkOrder.msdyn_workorderid (This field might be different)

1) How are you adding the new Inspection Record?

2) Is the Inspection Work Order field a lookup?
