How can i upgrade my gp 10 to gp 2010 with os upgrade?

i am using gp 10.0 in windows server 2003. i want to upgrade my gp version 10.0 to gp 2010. can anyone help me to solve this with os upgrade?

                          Now i am successfully upgraded my GP 10 to GP 2010 with help of KB878449 .

    If i move my windows 2003 OS server  GP 10 Db to new windows  2008 Os server with help of KB878449 , all the functionality are properly work or not?

    Is OS upgrade on same server or different? I believe its different.

    If yes : then follow you can upgrade GP10  to GP 2010 then move to new server

    or Move GP Db to new server and then upgrade.

    KB878449 will help you to move to new server follow it.
