iOS app not working

Hi all,

My company uses the Dynamics CRM software to record company data and I would now like them to branch out and start using the app on their phones and tablets. I have downloaded it to my iPhone to test it, but when I type in my company's CRM web address and click "go" I get the following error:

"We're sorry. You can't connect to the server because it doesn't have a trusted SSL certificate. Contact your CRM administrator for assistance"

A colleague of mine has contacted the admin in the company but we can't seem to fix this, can someone please advise on what I need to do.

    Hi,

    which version of CRM youa re using and it is on prem or online?

    IF on prem

    - did you enable for IFD?  

    - did you install a trusted ssl cert into the server?

    For online

    - contact Microsoft support directly.

    Is Adroid phone or tablet working well?

    Hi Kash,

    Try installing and using Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365 to see if it works.

    You can refer to this troubleshoot.

    Hi Kash,

    Try to access your D365 Org url by any browser from mobile phone. If you could successfully access your Online Instance , this should be the AD FS Certificate Issues. Have you installed Microsoft Authenticator in your mobile. After your login with username and password, your org will send login verification in Authenticator to verify your account.
