IIS Splash Screen After Login to System

Hello Everyone;

I have recently been adding a group of new Users to my Dynamics CRM System and they are all getting the same error.

After the log in to the system they get the IIS8 splash screen instead of the Dynamics CRM home screen.

I did some digging and this issue has come up, but it generally happens for all users, not a specific set of them.

Is there some way I can learn why this is happening to just these users, and then a way of resolving that problem.
