While accessing following link https://nokia-care-qa.crm4.dynamics.com/main.aspx#38013656 I got Notification message:

Zour access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online has not yet been fully configured.

Ask your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online administrator to assign to security role

Hi Ivo,

Its not possible to contact administrator just on basis of URL .

I think whoever gave you the url will be able to let you know about the admin too.

Your CRM administrator needs to assign you at least 1 security role.
