Hello:

We are looking to obtain statistical data regarding the number of invoices entered (created) into Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains 2013 by each A/P clerk. I ran a Smart List of invoice transaction detail that included the Posted User ID column. However, Posted User ID just reflects the user who posted the batches, even though various clerks would have created invoices that were included in the same batch (i.e. multiple users enter invoices into one batch, which is then posted centrally by one person). I welcome your input into how to obtain this statistical data.

I agree with Michelle. This question has come up before and the only solution, short of an 'audit trail' software or database triggers has been Activity Tracking.

The only thing that I can think of is activity tracking. You can set it up to track transactions entered, deleted, modified, by user for each company. The only thing is that if you don't remove the files regularly the process eats up a lot of space.
