Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

Bulk users are not available

dear all

i have created 11 users in bulk on office 365 portal, i also assigned them the proper license, but i cant see them in Dynamics365 users.

can you help?

    I forgot the groups thing,

    Hi Ahmad,

    Have you checked the security group of your Instance? If your Instance truly has Security Group settings please go to Office365 Portal> Admin center> Groups to add the mentioned 11 users.
