Hi All,
I wanted to bring to you as you might advise best practices on that.
I'm trying to create a Marketing segment with the following criteria:
If a contact in my CRM have a file in the form containing product (Xbox membership)
AND
this Product record (Xbox membership type) have a field in the product form equal Monthly
The idea here is to start a Journey for those members in my org that purchase (whatever products) and this product is Monthly based
Because products can be also Annual, so in this sense, I will have another Journey for the people who purchase Annual Products.
Please let me know if you need me to clarify something that is not clear.
Thanks and regards
Hi Cristian,
Sorry for the delay in my response.
Thank you so much for the assistance on this.
I've never known about this option in Dynamics CRM, thanks to you no I'm able to make a reference to all related entities to my Contacts in order to build more personalized segmentations.
Thanks to people like you sharing their professional knowledge, I'm able to become better and assist others in the future whenever I can.
Once again, much appreciate your help.
Kind regards
Hello,
in order to build a segment on Products, Order Product and Orders you first of all need to add those entities to the "customer insight sync" in the system settings, once for your organization. (If you are using different custom or solution entities to reflect sales orders and order lines you would select those instead)
Then wait a bit and you can use Products, Orders, etc. when building segments.
This is a simple example segments that shows how to use the entities the for a scenario like you describe:
