Error when clicking on Activities tab on Social Pane

Hi All

I'm getting the below error when clicking on Activities tab on Social Pane, contact entity. Posts and Notes tabs won't return an error. This is only happening for some contacts but not for all. Once I add a new activity it won't show the error anymore. I'm on 2016 on prem. Any ideas?
