CI Datasource question

Question on CI datasources... 

Do all datasources get ingested into the dataverse or is it just those used in Customer Profile unification?

Some datasources are setup as relationships based on primary id, and these are one to many relationships so lots of data. Pardon my ignorance,  as I'm new to dynamics, but does this data live in the azure blob storage where the csv lives or is it ingested into dataverse, thus increasing our dataverse capacity?

    Just to be clear, you're asking regarding dataverse entities available with Data Sharing, is that correct?  If so, then no, they all don't get into Dataverse - UnifiedCustomers and UnifiedActivities are created as Virtual Entities so they're visible in Dataverse but not physical entities.  but this isn't ingestion - so if you use the Dataverse connector, it'll pull in a few depending on configuration.  

    So to your point, with Data Sharing it's only virtual entities so doesn't physically exist in Dataverse.  If you setup exports then they can be shipped out to ADL whenever there's a Refresh that's completed.  But regarding your capacity, no, it shouldn't affect it.
