Some of the items we sell are part of an Item discount group: For example, there may be 10 items in a group called "Spares". This group can be assigned to a customer with a percent discount. Spares could be assigned to multiple different customer accounts each with a different discount applied.
When creating service orders for certain customers, the discounts for these items should be applied based on how the discounts were set up for that particular customer. What we are finding is the customer (table) specific discounts are applied, and/or the item (all) specific discounts are applied, but not if the item is in a group.
Is it possible to use group discounts, or is it only discounts set up at the Table or All level? (We also use trade agreements for pricing).
I've done some testing using combinations of trade agreements, discounts, and Find next flag settings. Below is a simple summary:
