i create a new company and do all the tax setup , but when i try to use Purchase invoice i got the below error
Tax Posting Setup does not exist. Identification Fields and values: Tax. Bus Posting Group=", Tax Prod. Posting Group="."

Have you checked the Vendor Tax Business Posting Group, and the item\GL for the Tax Product Posting Group, these must be populated or the blank combination set up in the Tax Posting setup changed to allow this combination
I have the exact same issue in Business Central, but I get this when posting an invoice. Did you get a resolution to this error?
You don't need a developer license for that, just enable the debugger and run the session. Check this blog for more information.

i don't have Developer Licence to enable the debugger , any other ways ?
Easy way to find which setup it is looking for run the debugger.

Hi,
It seems like you did not mention any Tax Product Posting Group and Tax Business Posting Group in Customer/Vendor and Item Card. If you did not create that setup then you need to Create Tax Business Posting Group and Tax Product Posting Group and also Map the relevant Accounts. Then mention in item/ Vendor/Customer Card.
