How can download User license consumption report in LCS

In LCS, the User License Consumption Report is available for reviewing user license usage. However, there does not appear to be an option to download the report.

I have tried saving the page as an HTML file, but the downloaded file does not include the user names. I also attempted to copy and paste the table contents directly, but this was unsuccessful.

Could you please advise if there is an alternative method to export or download the report, including the user names?

Hi J.Lee,

At the right side of the screen, there is an option to download the report as CSV. You can then choose between a standard or more detailed report.

Hi J. Lee,

An additional comment. I tried adding a screenshot. This is not visible on the forum. You can read more about the CSV export on my blog. It is containing screenshots from the PPAC reporting, but the CSV export is at the same position on the LCS report.

Hi Andre,

As I am not assigned the Dynamics 365 Administrator role in Azure, this feature is currently not available to me.

In our environment, we have four D365 instances, each managed by different system administrators. My concern is that if I am granted the Dynamics 365 Administrator role in Azure, would I be able to view or access the other D365 instances as well?

From a security and segregation-of-duties perspective, such broad access would not be permissible. Therefore, I would like to understand the scope of access associated with this role before proceeding.

Hi Jessica,

As far as I know you can only access data in the F&O environment if your user account has access to that specific environment. If you try to view data in other F&O environment, your logged in user account will be used to access the data in F&O. So, if you can't access those F&O environments "normally", you won't be able to view the data from the Azure Power Platform side either.

You can download from here "Export to CSV" from PPAC as well.

Hi Jessica,

You are correct that when someone will assign the Dynamics 365 administrator role in Azure, that you will be able to see all environments in PPAC. This role is also a pre-requisite to view the licensing report in PPAC.

As you mentioned LCS, I wonder if you can see the Export to CSV button on the LCS report. In my blog, I talked about export to CSV with screenshots from LCS, but the feature to export the details should be available in LCS as well.

In case you don't have the option in LCS, then check if another person in your organization can export the details to CSV.

in LCS, i have clicked the title as per your advice but failed since i don't assign any below roles.

Then, i try to click the hyperlink under the environment. It shows the figure below but don't allow to download
