When a work order is selected
We then go to the 3 dots beside the delete icon, and select run report. When you click on this, a message comes up saying option not available. This has been happening for over 3 weeks now.
Do you have the same problem on Field Service Hub?

we currently use field service, not seeing a hub like a sales hub etc. It might be the same idk

Do you know if there is a report available for work orders? Does the user have privileges?
You can check from the default solution.

Gabriel Dias Junckes is correct. Please make sure you have created a report and is related to Work Order entity.
Please navigate to Resource -> Reports to create a new report:
Set it like this:
When you finish the report, then retry.
On my screen Reports is not there. Resources is the first item.
Why would that be?
You can edit your app and add it. You also can check it from the Default Solution.
