A GP User has created a new Integration. Her team member logs in, opens IM Window, but can not view the new file for importing.
She had to perform the following steps under the users login, for each Import, for him to proceed.
To add integrations to the user, I did the below:
Is there a setting/security that I am missing, that will allow all users to access the Imports that are created?

I have changed the path for this particular user, and he now can see all Integration Files. Thank you so much!
The IM database can be copied to a shared location and all users need point to that location. The path to the IMDB file is is set for each user so if after logging in to a system for the first time the user's IMDB path is pointing the the default location and need to be set.
Are all users using the same IM database? Check the IM menu Tools/Options
The integrations are stored in the Access database and should be visible to all users
