yes, in normal form you are free to add as many controls as you want.

But you have to write code behind controls yourself. it will not operate like list  pages.

Typically in normal forms users use Ctrl+G or Ctrl+F3.

Can i add the filter Pane in a normal Form (without ListPage Template)?

have you changed template of form after creating it earlier as a normal form?

if so, leave this ListPage. create a new List Page by right clicking Forms Node of AOT and by choosing New Form from Template >>List Page.

Thank you for replying, i have checked the link,

i want to add the Filter Pane (like shown in the  screenshot) in the top of a grid to filter Data.

A Filter Pane will be added to the design node in the form i think? Based on same reaserchs i have found that the form should be created with ListPage template to be able to use this Filter Pane (red arrow), I tried it but it still not working, it is invisible.

well, we are not sure what issue you are facing. as you have not stated specific issue.

I would recommend you to read following

    1) next blog  post to see how filter expressions are used on LListPages

    community.dynamics.com/.../filter-on-ax2012-listpage

    2) Have a look at PurchReqTableListPageInteraction which is associated with PurchReqTableListPage

2nd example demonstrates to filter list pages by interaction class

Read these, and if you have specific issue, you may describe that.
