Is it possible to reverse a project charge entry batch that has posted?

Warendbzgt is correct. There is no autoreversal process, so just copy/paste the lines into excel, convert the qty and amt to negative, and paste into a new charge entry.
You would need to do the charge entry in reverse i.e change positive amounts to negative and negative to positive.
