After click on accounts structure activate, Accounts structure is not active. showing activating.. since long back, but accounts structure is not active

How to resolve this could any one please suggest me.

    Hi,

    Are you operating the lastest D365FO version? If you are on an older one, have a look at LCS first. I remember that there was a bug, which was fixed in the meantime.

    We are using this version: Installed product version : Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (8.0)

    Installed platform version : Update23 (7.0.5126.41336)

    Which version you noticed?

    check for account structure activation batch job, if it's stuck could retrigger

    Hi Sunil,

    Have you used the validation option to see if there might be anything wrong with consistency? E.g. when you added a main account which is already active in another structure for the same company, the new structure can't be activated.

    I have checked with validation option also, no problem in accounts structure.

    there is no another structure for the same company

    Hi sunil,

    As Rahul mentioned, do you check if the batch job with name Activate account structure "account structure name" is always waiting or withhold status?

    If so, please check the Batch Management Service is running.

    If it is always waiting, you need to check Batch Management Service is running.

    Go ahead and check the assigned batch group in your batch job and then check if that batch group has correct AOS server assigned.
