Can we lock up the accounting period in Inventory ? For example after we are done with april 2018 , can we lock it to prevent inventory movement in NAV ? Thanks

There is no such functionality that i am aware of. The easiest way is to use the Allow posting from and to date that you find in the General ledger setup. You can have different setup for different users if you use the user setup.
