Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

Email does not include previous message content

I have setup CRM 2016 and configured Automatic Record Creation (Receive email, convert to Email which is sent to my email)

Then I created a Workflow so that when I send an email, the system checks the Case number and then send an email to the original sender of the case.

The problem I am experiencing is that when the followup email is sent to the original sender it does not include the message I type but the original sender message

 How can I add additional condition so that the most recent email content is used?
