I am in Manufacturing Component Transaction Entry. I enter the pick number and press tab.
Unhandled Script exception: Division by zero, script aborted.

What does one look for in this case to resolve the issue?

You could capture a Dexterity Script Log and a Dexsql.log to see what scripts are being executed, and what data is the system trying to fetch leading up to the problem. You could then open a support case with Microsoft and attach the two files. This would help them with troubleshooting the issue. If they find it to be a bug, your incident will be non-chargeable.
To create a Script Log, follow these steps:
