teams microsoft : max number of guests by instance or users ?

Good morning,

Microsoft explains that in teams, you can add 5 guests for each licensed user. I would like to know if the number of guests is cumulative for the whole instance. example, if I have 200 users is what a user can invite 200x5 guests or am I limited to a number of guests per user. thank you all for your clarification.

    Good day aurore,
    I've found many documentations of Dynamics and Azure but nothing about guests limitation has been found.
    I tried in my Azure and I found that there are a lot of guests in my azure under accounts so I think that there should be no limitation for guests.
