New lead qualification process, Privileges

Hi everyone,

Since implementing the new lead qualification process, we’ve noticed that some users who were previously able to use the process without issues are now seeing only blank fields instead of the lead qualification interface.

When I assign these users the "Salesperson" security role, it works fine, but with our own customized role, it doesn’t, even though it worked before. Does anyone have an idea which table permissions we might need to adjust to make it work again with our custom security role?

Thanks for your help!

    Hello DK-25101207-0,

While adding new process (Lead Qualification BPF - Business Process Flow) the system adds a new table to Dataverse. As you are using Out of the Box Salesperson role, the user is having permission to access to table used by default Lead Qualification BPF. As you are adding custom BPF and also using custom security role. Please ensure that the custom security role is allowing user to access and update the table created using custom BPF.

To assigning additional access (access to BPF) Navigate to
Power Platform Admin Center -> Environment -> (Select appropriate environment) -> Settings -> User  + Permission -> Security Role -> (Select custom role)
    OR
https://make.powerapps.com/ -> Select appropriate environment -> Solution -> Select appropriate solution -> Security Roles -> (Select custom role)

Search for custom process and ensure that the custom security role have Full access.

Thanks for your answer, imo this is a out of the box table https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales/qualify-lead-convert-opportunity-sales#new-experience and not a custom bpf..
