    Hello Shaban,

Can you please create another ticket for this issue and mark the answer verified for your tracking dimension group questions to help others.

    Thank.

    Thanks

I already Configured Vendor batch but during purchase registration Vendor expiry date not mandatory only batch is mandatory.

mean if I select batch during receiving I can leave Expiry date blank.

    Hi Shaban,

You are changing the topic of your original question. Feel free to ask questions, but please create a new post per different question. Otherwise it will be difficult to track what part of your question has been answered or not.

    Hi Shaban,

There is a ‘Purchase registration’ setup option on the Item model group, if you select that option then while PO registration process, if you leave this field blank you’ll get a warning.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../update-vendor-batch-details-during-purchase-registration

    Did you check that option?

    Hello Shaban Ibrahim,

If you want to make the vendor expiry field in the "posting product receipt form" a mandatory field then a developer has to make an adjustment to the properties of this field.

This should be quite easy but you cannot do it directly in the UI by setting a parameter or something alike.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Shaban,

If transaction is posted with current configuration (None) and you want to enable item expiry tracking on that item then it is recommended to create new item with new tracking dimension group.

    Good morning Shaban,

There is no way to get this fixed.

If you need batch tracking then you need to create a new item.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
