I am trying to set up a security role but the set up is tricky. I have 8 Business Units. 1 is the root business unit and 2 is the Parent of the others and is mainly just for senior leadership. I am trying to figure out how I can set up a role where the users of Business Unit 3 can see all of the Account information for all the other business units, but the other units cannot see Business Unit 3. Any advice?

I don't think it's possible BU4-8 can not access Account each other unless you give organization level access. Now if you give organization level access you can't restrict to view BU 3 account.

2 Security roles. Role1 with BU level access (Read mainly) for Account & Role2 with Org level access.

BU3 users will get Role2, whereas BU2 users will get Role1.

We still need the other business units to be able to see each other. Just not BU 3. How would BU3 see everything, but BU 4-8 see everything but BU3?

One thing to add is that the other business units would still need to see each other.

Hi James,

Try to create security role under root BU having entity access level organization level and then assign the security role to the BU3 user.
