You can not select associated view in a sub grid but you can display a button that will redirect to Associated view.
If your requirement is to show associated view in a sub grid then you have to write java script and call it in Iframe.

You cant, but you can add the relationship via Navigation, and the associated view button will show in normal view.

else you can create a iframe to show the associated view.
