Supplier Engagement vs. Vendor Collaboration — Overview, Setup Steps & how to deploy it

Microsoft has introduced Supplier Engagement, a new solution for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management based on the Power Platform. It is currently available as a public preview.

It is designed to eventually replace the old Vendor Collaboration interface and provides more features - onboarding, qualification, approval, termination, risk/certification tracking, and a dedicated self-service Power Pages portal for suppliers.

Can anyone know the step-by-step process how can we deploy it in D365FO?

    Hi,

You can find public documentation how to install it on Microsoft learn. There are several steps:

    1. Install the Supplier Engagement app and supplier portal on Power Platform (preview) - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
    2. Configure Supplier Engagement elements in Power Platform (preview) - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
    3. Configure Supplier Engagement features in Supply Chain Management (preview) - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
    4. Post-deployment validation checklist (preview) - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

I'm working on another blog to describe the full deployment process in detail.
