CustTablelistpage form showing duplicate record in one enviroment

Hope you are doing well !!

i need your help , I am facing one issue in all customer form ,

When I open All customer form in ax its showing duplicate record but in backend its only one. How to check and sort the issue. Below image for your references.

If this is for all users then restart AOS and check again.

Creating join using Personalization option I do not know..

You can check join relation in Query CustTableListPage as shared in above post.

Currently all user facing the same issue.

I have cleared usage date also but no luck.

I want to know how/where to check join has created using personalization option.

Hi Shilpi,

As Rachit suggested, Check the Join relation. Maybe someone changed it or if you sure that no one made changes then clear the user usage data.

I also found as you said no customization at all but shared screen shot by you the colum name next to Name is A400 customer a/c

For checking join relation on query base. Below is screen shot.

Hi Shilpi,

try to clear the usage data for this user (regarding this form), perhaps they added some joins via personalization.

Thank you for your quick respond.

We were facing issue that why we restore the database from prod to test but the problem is still same.

We have not done any customization also .I have added image from reference

How the data was created for this customer?

Check the data source join properties from the form design and check if that particular customer has multiple records in any related table.
