Hi team,

Do you know if there is an option in Commerce D365 to create a journal for canceling Gift Card balances automatically (when the gift cards reach their expiration date)?

    This does not appear to be standard behavior of the system; you may need to customize.

    There is no option out of the box to automate. You will need to develop a batch job to do it.
