I was trying to reply a Mail from CRM Application
Navigation Activities --> Emails --> All Emails --> Selected Mail from External EMail Address --> Click on Reply All
When move cursor to "To" field or enter tab on "To" field" Duplicate External Email ID adds to the "To" field.

Hi Nilesh,
Kindly navigate to Settings -> Administration and click on System Settings.
Click on the Email tab and mark "Yes" to "Allow messages with unresolved email recipients to be sent".
