can windows 11 professional 64 bits compatible with MS Dynamics AX 2009 ?

This forum is for Dynamics RMS, not Dynamics AX. You might want to move this question.
AX 2009 is not officially supported on Windows 11 Professional, and its extended support ended in 2022. While it might still be able to run it on Windows 11, your experience may vary.
To be honest, it should ideally be run on a remote server rather than on local computers For example using RDS or Citrix.
