Hi community,

Sorry if this question is silly, but I can't find a solution.

I'm customising Sales Hub and would like to have three different public views of the Accounts table in the navigation tab. Unfortunately, I can't find a way to add the new created view to the navigation (the left side pane). If anyone could help it would be super useful

As both answers are only half complete, do the following:

Open the App Editor and add a Navigation Link to the sitemap, use the following relative url format, so you don't have to change it when deploying to test/prod:

/main.aspx?pagetype=entitylist&etn=opportunity&viewid={83DCA8EC-B505-E811-80FB-00155D036800}

change the corresponding entity name and view ID and you're done.

How to add a new public view to navigation pane?

Hi,

You can add a view using the Navigation Link in the app. Please see the attached image below.

For the "Account I Follow" view, I added the link to the public view. However, when I click on that view, it opens in a new tab in the browser and displays the "Account I Follow" view.

Hello,
Including a Public View in Your Model-Driven App

Follow these steps to include a public view in your model-driven app:

Navigate to your Model-Driven App and open it in Edit Mode

Select the Entity

In the Page Sitemap, select the entity for which you want to include a view.

This will open the Details Panel on the right side.

Choose the View

Click on the View section to display a list of available views for the selected entity.

Include the Views

To include all views, enable the "Include All Views" toggle.

To include a specific view, click on the three dots (⋮) next to the view name. From the options displayed, select "Add" to include that view in the app.

Save and Publish

After adding the required views, Save and Publish your app.

Clear Cache and Open the App

Clear your browser cache.

Open your app to verify that the selected views are available.
