When I click on the Overdue balance on the Customer Statistics Factbox it correctly shows the underlying entries. When I do this directly from the List it shows an empty set of data.
I drilled into the stardard code and it looks like they are implemented separately and do not share the same logic.
Anyone else see this. It looks like it was a newly introduced bug as it use to work.

Mine is working fine (US Version 18.4). When you drill into the Balance off the Customer List, what does the Filter show? Does it show the Customer No. and Open = YES?
