After updating CRM from 8.2 version to 9+ by Microsoft several new solutions were created (for example: old "ClickDimensions" solution and new "ClickDimensions_Upgrade" as copy of "ClickDimensions").
To solve one of issues appeared in ClickDimention after MS update, ClickDimention support suggested to remove "ClickDimensions_Upgrade" layer.
Could you provide us details how it could be done? Right now it's managed solution and we cannot to remove it on our own.
