Cases navigation moved off of Summary page?!

Why was Cases moved from off of the Summary page? We use Cases every day to create our support tickets for different entities, and it's been moved to the File Tab and Related drop down Menu. Just one more step to Navigate and then Create a Case. Was this intentional? It's already a bog to create tickets in Dynamics. There is all this white space so finding data within it and to add it is also an eye strain. Is there a way to move Cases back? Going to a whole new page makes sense to be able to look at the post- data and previous Cases, but why not still keep the shortcut on the Summary page instead of having to navigate all the way over to Related and then Related-Cases in the drop down under the File/Tab navigation now... What a pain.

    Hi speaksoftly33,

Which entity form are you using?

You can't change case navigation from related tab to summary tab directly, but you can add new sub-grid related to case in the summary tab.

Take the account form as an example:

--Selecting summary tab, then add sub-grid control:

Or you can add one tab and add the case sub-grid:
