Hello all,
some times with we try to return the transaction on POS, the POS hangs up for a little then it close the returning process,
the issue is we can't return again as it marks the transaction as voided.
and when check the retail store transaction there is no receipt no. for this transaction,,,
how can we fix this transaction?

Can you share the POS version you are using ?
It must be that you are missing a hotfix from MS.

I would suggest you to submit a support ticket to us further investigate if there is a potential data corruption causing by the intermittent POS hung and closes the returning process.
